SpenIt helps you turn receipts, shared files, and income documents into organized expense and income records, with spending summaries, tax markers, and exports.

You can sign in with Google or Apple to identify your account. Google sign-in also enables optional Google Drive backup. Your day-to-day records are stored on your device unless you enable backup or use AI processing.

Yes. SpenIt is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android.

The receipt is added to Auto Processing. SpenIt processes it in the background, saves the extracted record when possible, and alerts you if it completes, fails, or looks like a duplicate.

Yes. Open the saved receipt from Expenses or the Auto Processing result, then adjust merchant, date, amount, category, notes, tax status, or line items.

SpenIt supports common image formats and PDFs for receipts and income documents. Bank statement import supports PDF or image input where available.

Not every income document is salary-related. Income slips can include pay slips, freelance payments, rental income, commission notices, and similar payment proofs.

SpenIt tries to extract the income amount, payer or source, and income date. You can review and edit the entry before keeping it in your income records.

Your records live on your device by default. Optional features such as AI extraction, Google Drive backup, iCloud backup, and store billing use their respective services.

Data is sent only when AI features are used, such as receipt extraction, income slip extraction, bank statement parsing, or AI insights. AI requests may be routed through SpenIt's backend AI proxy and third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or DeepSeek for app functionality. You can turn off AI receipt scanning in Settings and still attach receipt files for reference, or provide your own AI API key.

No. SpenIt does not sell your data or use it for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

When enabled, SpenIt stores a backup file in your Google Drive app data folder. This folder is private to the app and is used to restore your records on another device.

On iOS, SpenIt can use iCloud backup when it is available and enabled on your device.

Pro unlocks unlimited receipt automation, income slip extraction, shared-file processing, AI insights, and tax export features.

Payments are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store. SpenIt does not collect or store your payment card details.
